Justin was the second Industrial Designer to join Arch & Hook. Together with the first designer, they laid the foundation for an efficient and result driven in-house Design and R&D Department.

Fast forward three years, the team had grown to six talented Industrial Designers and R&D Engineers. Always looking out for innovative sustainable materials, being able to rapid prototype through an in-house 3D printer and utilising a self-built Photoshop mock-up system for lightning-fast turnarounds on initial hanger visuals for clients.

Throughout his time at Arch & Hook, Justin also created many custom hanger solutions for clients worldwide. By participating in sales meetings, he translated client needs and desires into viable design solutions while preserving the distinctive Arch & Hook design ethos he helped establish.

Additionally, Justin spearheaded two major standardisation projects. He developed comprehensive product lines for both wooden FSC hangers and recycled plastic hangers. These projects encompassed everything from initial concepts to fully developed and defined physical products, complete with detailed information and imagery for marketing and sales collateral.
